Accessible Transportation Services

Transportation should never be a barrier to participation. Our transportation program helps older adults remain connected to their community and access enriching programs, social opportunities, and supportive services. Transportation fees are covered by several payer sources.

Transportation to and from our program is available for a small convenience fee or is covered by Medicaid Waiver.  Contact us to learn more.
